HVAC SCOPE OF WORK
⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all kinds of equipment’s related to chilled water (Chillers, FAHU, ERU, AHU, FCU heat Exchanger, Chilled Water Pump).

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all kinds of equipment’s related to HVAC System (VRF system, Precision AC, Package unit and DX unit).

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Chilled Water Piping System including Valves & Fittings.

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical Ventilation System including Equipment (Smoke Extract Fan and Ventilation Fan). underground application.

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ducting System (GI Duct, Fire Rated Duct, Black Steel Duct including Insulation (Fiber Glass Insulation, Rock Wool Insulation, Close Sell Insulation).

PLUMBING SCOPE OF WORK (WATER SUPPLY)
⦿ Equipment Selection according to Equipment Schedule & Calculation. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all kinds of equipment related to Potable Water Supply Systems such as Potable Water Pump, Media Filters, and Water Heaters.

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all the Sanitary Fittings (Washbasins, Water Closet, etc.).

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Potable Water Piping (PPR, Copper pipe, CPVC, HDPE) Network including Valves and necessary Fittings.

⦿ Execution of all the work related to Potable Water System according to drawings, project specification, & QCS 2014.

⦿ Handing over the Portable water supply system after successful Testing & Commissioning.

DRAINAGE SYSTEM SCOPE OF WORK
⦿ Supply, Installation of drainage specialties (Floor Drain, Floor Cleanout, Roof Drain, Channel Grating, and Oil Interceptor) according to project details.

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of drainage pipe (UPVC, HDPE, ESVC) according to shop drawing.

⦿ Selection equipment (submersible pump, water recycling unit) according to equipment schedule.

⦿ Execution of work according to Shop drawing, project specification, QCS 2014, and project time.

⦿ Handing over the system after successful testing & commissioning.

FIREFIGHTING SCOPE OF WORK
⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Pump including Pump Room Valve, Fuel Tank, Flow Meter, and all the necessary items according to QCDD Requirement.

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Fighting System including GI Pipe, Sprinklers, Fire Hose Reel Cabinet, ZCV, ACV, Fire Hydrant and all the necessary accessories according to shop drawing, project specification & QCDD Requirement.

⦿ Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of FM 200 Systems.

⦿ Submission of all the documents related to QCDD Approval.
