ELECTRICAL SCOPE OF WORK
- Submission of all documents related to Electrical System (Material Submittal, Method of Statement, ITP).
- Submission of Shop Drawings related to Electrical System based on IFC Drawings, Project Specification, QCS 2014, & Material Submittal.
- Submission of RFI (Request for Information), if there is any discrepancy in the drawings & specifications, afterward incorporate RFI reply with shop drawings & material submittal.
- Submission of all the Calculation related to Electrical System (Voltage Drop, Lux Calculation) if it is required.
- Supply and installation of Low Voltage Panels, Sub-Main Distribution Boards, Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers, Capacitor Banks, UPS System, Automatic Transfer Switches and Stand-by Generator Sets for various type establishments.
- Supply and Installation of ELV System such as Telecom, Intercom System, Building Management System, Fire Alarm System, Public Address and Voice Alarm System, Paging and Background Music System, Audio-Visual System.
- Supply and Installation of Security System such as CCTV, Disable Toilet Alarm System, Access Control System, and Gate Barriers.
- Supply and Installation of all kinds of raceway and cables including Bus ducts, Multi-Core Cables, MICC cables for outdoor, indoor, and underground application.
- Supply and installation of wiring devices, isolators, electrical equipment’s and light fixture for outdoor and indoor application.
- Testing and commissioning of various MEP equipment and ELV System including interfacing and integration of different system.
- Supply and Installation of Lightning Protection and Earthing for Electrical System.
- Supply and Installation of Lighting Control Panels, Central Battery System, and Emergency Lighting System.
